  • increased oversight of capital, liquidity and risk management;
  • enhanced transparency and evaluation;
  • changes in the role and use of credit ratings;
  • strengthening authorities’ responsiveness to risk; and
  • enhancing responsiveness of central banks to stress in the financial system.
