Moghli advises global and European fund sponsors on the formation of their investment vehicles across a broad range of strategies and asset classes, with particular emphasis on secondary, debt, PE, venture capital, infrastructure, natural resource and energy funds. He also advises on a wide range of complex international PE transactions.
