Tricia J. Lee has joined Dechert’s global private funds practice as a partner based in Texas. Formerly a partner with K&L Gates, her practice focuses on the formation, structuring and operation of PE, real estate, private credit, distressed and other types of private funds. In addition to fundraising and operational issues, she advises clients on separately managed account relationships; co‑investments; placement agreements; and general corporate matters, including transactional and governance issues.
