Christopher C. Robinson has joined Proskauer’s New York office as a partner in its private funds group. His practice encompasses representing sponsors and GPs in the full spectrum of transactions within the secondary market relating to purchases and sales of private fund interests. In addition, he specializes in complex GP‑led transactions such as fund recapitalizations, continuation vehicles, tender offers, spin-outs and restructuring transactions.
