Matthew J. Bromberg has joined Dorsey & Whitney as a partner in the corporate group in its New York office. Having held various in-house roles and served in private practice, Bromberg provides legal counsel on fund formation, registration and the day-to-day operation of investment advisers. He has expertise in exchange-traded funds and mutual funds; separately managed account programs; and turnkey asset management platforms.
