New Fenwick & West Partner to Lead Its Private Funds Practice

Byron Dailey was recently hired by Fenwick & West (Fenwick) as a corporate partner in its Seattle, Washington office to lead the firm’s private investment funds practice. He advises PE, venture capital (VC) and other investment fund clients on structuring new funds, fundraising and operational matters. With a background that includes fund formation for PE and VC funds, he has experience working with many complex limited partnerships, LLCs, B Corporations and impact investing structures.
