Ann Marie Cowdrey has joined Shearman & Sterling (Shearman) as a partner in its new Dallas, Texas office. Her practice focuses on forming PE funds and structuring investments in portfolio companies, as well as advising sponsors on exit opportunities through M&A transactions, initial public offerings and strategic recapitalizations. The majority of her clients are in the energy and infrastructure industries.
